These commitments ensure that aaeroEdge™ remains a trusted and impactful environment for business development, mentorship, and strategic collaboration.
1. Operate with Integrity
Members must run their businesses with honesty, transparency, and professionalism. This includes treating customers, employees, and fellow members fairly, delivering high-quality products and services, and honoring commitments. Ethical decision-making and accountability are essential to maintaining trust within aaeroEdge™ and the business community at large.
2. Foster a Culture of Respect & Support
aaeroEdge™ is built on collaboration, not competition. Members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times. Negative discussions, gossip, or disparaging remarks about fellow members or other businesses will not be tolerated. All communication should be constructive, solution-focused, and aimed at uplifting the community. Disputes should be resolved privately and professionally.
3. Commitment to Active Participation
The strength of aaeroEdge™ comes from engaged and dedicated members. Members are expected to:
- Attend at least 10 out of 12 monthly forums per year
- Arrive on time and be fully present during meetings
- Actively participate in discussions, roundtables, and mentorship opportunities
- Offer insights, resources, and support to fellow members
Inactive members who fail to meet participation requirements may be subject to removal from the group.
4. Ethical Business Promotion & Non-Solicitation
aaeroEdge™ is a business mastery group, not a sales platform. While members are encouraged to share expertise and collaborate, aggressive self-promotion, unsolicited sales pitches, and direct solicitation of fellow members are not permitted. Business promotion should be value-driven, offering genuine solutions and insights rather than transactional selling.
5. Leveraging the Collective for Growth
Membership in aaeroEdge™ provides access to high-level business discussions, strategic mentorship, and exclusive resources designed to strengthen independent businesses. Members are encouraged to actively engage in knowledge-sharing, business strategy discussions, and leadership development.
6. Fair & Ethical Business Practices

- Delivering on promises and honoring agreements
- Maintaining honest and transparent communication with customers and partners
- Treating employees, vendors, and fellow business owners with fairness and respect
7. Confidentiality & Trust
Members must respect the privacy of discussions, shared strategies, and proprietary business insights within aaeroEdge™. Information shared in the group may not be disclosed, copied, or used for competitive advantage against fellow members. Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the group and potential legal consequences.
8. Supporting Local Businesses & Community Engagement
aaeroEdge™ values local economic impact and encourages members to:
- Prioritize supporting fellow independent businesses whenever possible
- Engage in community events, business initiatives, and local advocacy efforts
- Actively contribute to strengthening the Castle Rock business ecosystem
9. Maintain a Growth-Focused Mindset
Success is built on a willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate. Members should approach challenges with solutions rather than complaints and be open to new ideas, strategies, and constructive feedback. Recognizing and celebrating the successes of fellow members contributes to a stronger, more resilient community.
10. Conflict Resolution
If disputes arise between members, direct and professional communication is expected. If an issue escalates, aaeroEdge™ leadership may step in to facilitate a fair resolution. Members should approach conflicts with mutual respect, a willingness to listen, and a focus on resolution.
11. Compliance & Amendments
aaeroEdge™ reserves the right to update or modify this Member Commitment Agreement at any time. Membership may be revoked at the discretion of aaeroEdge™ leadership if a member fails to uphold these standards. Membership dues are non-refundable for any reason, including dismissal for non-compliance.
