aaeroEdge™ was inspired by the Castle Rock Local Business Alliance, co-founded by entrepreneur Sean Hakes and local business advocate Gary Godfrey. After Gary’s passing, the Local Business Alliance came to an end, but its mission to support and strengthen independent businesses lives on through aaeroEdge™.
This is not a networking group. aaeroEdge™ is a business development collective where serious entrepreneurs engage in deep strategic discussions, peer-driven leadership development, and accountability-focused mentorship. Members don’t join to exchange referrals—they join to challenge themselves, elevate their decision-making, and gain the insights needed to build more resilient businesses.

Sean Hakes is an industry leader with 23 years of experience in digital marketing and a seasoned entrepreneur who has successfully launched multiple ventures. He has built and scaled several agencies while consulting for global brands like Amazon and Chipotle. Currently, he serves as the CMO of Sympler and is the owner of Dream Home Innovations, a Castle Rock-based flooring, countertops, cabinets, and interior store.

Rob leads the membership initiative for aaeroEdge™, helping independent business owners navigate the benefits of the cooperative. He serves as the primary point of contact for businesses interested in joining, providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring members have access to the resources and support they need.

Mark serves as an advisor for aaeroEdge™, supporting the strategic direction of its programs. As General Manager at Moore Lumber & Hardware, he oversees operations, marketing, and events across seven locations. With more than two decades of experience in the lumber and hardware industry, he has developed a deep understanding of market trends, product strategy, and customer needs.
